Terms and Conditions of Service

Refund policy:

**A change to the refund policy currently outlined on the booking page will take effect for all sessions booked AFTER June 14th 2021. Previous policy for earlier bookings remains in effect. **

Refunds Personal Sessions

If you are unable to keep your scheduled session you may request a refund of your deposit amount NO LESS than ten days prior to your booking. Please allow a further ten days to process refund. Requests made less than ten days prior will be offered a credit or reschedule only.

In the event that Tania must reschedule you will be offered a date within 3 months. If no date is available or suits your schedule a refund of your deposit will be processed on your request.

At the time of our session you may feel that we do not connect effectively. Please do not feel that you must continue. I will provide a refund if you make me aware in the first 15 minutes that this isn’t fitting for you. Once the 15 minute window has passed it is accepted that your session will continue and no refund will be permitted.

NO SHOWS will forfeit the deposit amount and no reschedule will be offered.

Any sessions or events that cannot be rescheduled or cancelled due to Covid restrictions will be refunded.

Terms and Conditions

All psychic/predictive reads are presented in the time that we meet according to your energy. Your subsequent choices and your energy can and will determine the outcome and psychic predictive reads are intended as guidelines only. Please allow predictive information the time to manifest and be patient with the journey.

Intuitive Health Reads are exactly that. While Tania does intuit health concerns, this is not intended to be a replacement for sound professional medical advice. Health reads are for guidance only and it is your responsibility to seek out medical advice from a professional.

Live Event Refunds

By purchasing a seat at any of the live or Zoom events you are indicating your ability to be present. In the event that you are unable to use your seat, you may email us at taniathemedium@outlook.com and we will post up your space including your name and contact details. It is your responsibility to transfer your seat and handle any and all money transactions.
